Producers and Processors is an independent publication launched in January 2026 by the team at the Parker County Beef Company. Several years ago, we started a farm-to-table business selling our beef nationwide and realized just how little the public and other producers know about the agricultural industry. We plan to build a community by bringing you insights, considerations, and questions pulled from data within our own business and those in our network.
